Social Saturday: A Drop-In Connection Group for Neurodivergent Adults
If you’re a neurodivergent adult looking for a place to connect without pressure, rehearse real-world scenarios, and just be yourself—Social Saturday might be what you’ve been looking for. Hosted monthly by Love Neurodiversity Consulting, this small-group gathering was created specifically for autistic, ADHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults aged 18 and up.
No formal diagnosis required. No expectations to mask. Just a welcoming space where connection is the focus.

Who It’s For
This group is open to any adult who identifies as neurodivergent. Some participants are newly diagnosed, others have known for years, and many are somewhere in between. You’re welcome here either way.
Social Saturday is especially helpful for adults who want to:
- Practice social interaction in a low-pressure setting
- Build authentic friendships and community
- Strengthen communication and self-advocacy tools
- Spend time with people who understand what it’s like to experience the world differently
Why This Kind of Group Matters
For a lot of neurodivergent adults, socializing doesn’t always come naturally—or comfortably. Social Saturday is designed to make those interactions more approachable. It’s not about “fixing” anything. It’s about creating a space where you can show up as you are, build confidence, and take home tools that actually work in everyday life.
Group activities include communication games, walk-throughs of real-world situations (like what to say in a group setting, how to self-advocate at work, etc.), and time for open, unstructured conversation.
Each participant also receives a take-home sensory bag with tools and supports selected for the group.
Meet Samantha Love
Social Saturday is led by Samantha Love, M.Ed., ACAS—founder of Love Neurodiversity Consulting. She’s spent the last 10+ years working with neurodivergent individuals and families across Washington, and is known for making spaces feel safe, affirming, and completely judgment-free.
Samantha holds a Master of Education from Antioch University Seattle, with endorsements in Special Education and English Language Learners. She’s an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist and trained in ADOS-2 through the University of Washington Autism Center. Before founding Love Neurodiversity, she served in the U.S. Army and was nationally recognized for her leadership and advocacy work.
She was recently named the 2025 Emerging Leader for Snohomish County for her work expanding access to in-home neurodivergent assessments, and she currently competes as an adaptive athlete—winning first place in her weight class in the USA Masters.
Samantha is currently completing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in advanced psychological assessments.
More importantly, she leads with clarity, warmth, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. Her goal is never to change who you are—it’s to support who you are.
